Riccardo Mancuso-Marcello has been living and working in Reading for over ten years. Riccardo believes every child should have the same opportunities in life, and will work to address inequality in education and help tackle increased poverty and homelessness in Reading. If elected, his priorities are getting a fair deal for Kentwood residents and services, building the affordable housing we need, where we need it, and protecting our green spaces and woodlands from further development.
Riccardo is strongly against the Labour administration's unilateral scrapping of the 30 free minutes at Dunstall Close and Recreation Road car parks, and encourages residents to sign our petition to restore it. The free 30 minutes was a Lib Dem victory back in 2012, and was scrapped by the Labour portfolio holder without any vote.
