What are you doing on Thursday May 3rd?
That’s probably a question you can’t answer. Life is so hectic for many of us, it’s difficult to plan ahead. Many people told us after the elections last year that they hadn’t managed to make it to the polling station to vote. We understand why. We all have busy lives and sometimes things like voting get forgotten about.
We want to make sure that everyone gets a chance to vote at the important Council election taking place on 3rd May and to make it as easy as possible for you to do so – that’s why we want you to
consider applying for a postal vote.
We want to make sure everyone has their say.
Voting by post is easy and very safe. By completing the form a few weeks before polling day you will receive your ballot paper in the post. All you need to do then is fill it in and send it back to the
council before the election.
Your vote will be crucial on May 3rd – make sure your voice is heard.
